Returns Policy

Your right to return

We want you to be satisfied with your supplies. You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Items that can be returned

• Items that are unused and in a resaleable condition.
• Items in their original packaging, with any seals intact.

For reasons of hygiene, cloths and other items that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

1. Email support@lsksupplies.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return address and any details by email.
3. Pack the items securely and return them to us.

Return shipping costs

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please see our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
