Shipping Policy

Where we ship

LSK SUPPLIES LIMITED ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are packed and dispatched from our unit at Block 6, Unit 1, Oakbank Industrial Estate, Glasgow, Scotland, G20 7LU.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within one to two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busier periods dispatch may take an additional working day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard UK delivery: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Larger or multi-box orders may be delivered in more than one parcel.

Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed dates. Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by our chosen carrier.

Shipping charges

• Standard UK shipping is charged at a flat £3.95 per order.
• Orders of £40 or more qualify for free UK standard shipping.

The shipping charge for your order is shown in the basket before checkout.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available for your parcel, we will include the details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@lsksupplies.shop and we will help resolve it. Please see our Returns Policy and Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or incorrect items.
